Abstract

The export value from Sumatera Barat in August 2024 was US$240.93 million, an increase of 64.40 percent compared to exports in July 2024.
The largest group of goods exported in August 2024 was animal/vegetable fats & oils (HS 15) of US$202.75 million, followed by vegetable materials (HS 14) of US$8.85 million, and various chemical products (HS 38) of US$8.09 million.
The import value of Sumatera Barat in August 2024 was US$43.57 million, a decrease of 7.60 percent compared to imports in July 2024.
The largest group of imported goods in August 2024 was mineral fuels (HS 27) of US$23.57 million
