Abstract

Food consumption patterns of the population is important information for the various parties. In terms of production, consumption data can be used as input data to estimate demand that must be met to meet the food needs of the population of an area. Furthermore, in terms of food needs, food consumption patterns can be used to assess the level of compliance with the minimum requirements for healthy living.
