Consumption Expenditures of Sumatera Barat Province 2015-2016

The level of welfare of the population should be illustrated by income, but because income data is difficult to collect data, so as an approach used expenditure data. Expenditure data can provide information about the fulfillment of food and non-food needs and consumption patterns of residents who are able to indicate the level of welfare of the population. This publication uses data of National Socioeconomic Survey (Susenas) 2015-2016 for Sumatera Barat Province. Coverage of data presented include the value of food and non-food consumption (Rp per capita per month). Commodities covered are quite a lot that reach 248 commodities.
