Abstract

Food consumption patterns of the population are important information for various parties. In terms of production, consumption data can be used as input data to estimate the demand that must be met to meet the food needs of the population in a region. Furthermore, from the side of food needs, food consumption patterns can be used to assess the level of fulfillment of minimum needs for healthy living.
