Analysis of the Impact of the Covid-19 Survey on Business Actors in Sumatera Barat Province January 2021 Edition

The Covid-19 pandemic that has been going on since the beginning of 2020 has had an impact on changes in the order of social life and a decline in economic performance in most countries in the world, including Indonesia and Sumatera. Fundamentally reforming the economy by carrying out transformations, implementing the right strategies for recovery and future preparedness in a similar crisis condition for all business actors and also the government are the keys to strengthening our economic development. BPS- Statistics Indonesia is trying to attend and play a role, even though BPS faces obstacles due to the implementation of physical distancing which makes conventional data collection difficult. However, with innovation and utilizing technological advances in data collection such as the use of online surveys, making efforts to provide data more open. This is the second edition of the online survey applied to the Covid-19 Impact Survey on Business Actors.
