Abstract

BPS-Statistics Indonesia (BPS), as one of the providers of public services that provides data and information services, always tries to give the best to consumers. BPS has held Community Satisfaction Survey regularly every year which is integrated in the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to obtain perceptions of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services, identification of data needs and perceptions of consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS.In 2021, SKD will be implemented in 515 BPS work units consisting of Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, and 480 Regency/City BPS throughout Indonesia. The results of the 2021 SKD implementation, one of which is presented in the publication of Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Sumatera Barat Province 2021. This publication provides a descriptive explanation of the performance of service units, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and consumer satisfaction with the quality of BPS data. Presentation of data is displayed in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. The Consumer Goals Index and the Anti-Corruption Perceptions Index are the main indicators presented in this publication.
