EPSS Provincial Plenary Session 2024

BPS Provinsi Sumatera Barat held a Plenary Evaluasi Penyelenggaraan Statistik Sektoral (EPSS) activity which took place at the Truntum Padang Hotel, West Sumatra on 13-14 August 2024.

This activity was attended by the TPB-EPSS Team from each BPS Regency/City, as well as representatives from the Communication, Informatics and Statistics Office of West Sumatra Province and representatives from the Bappeda of West Sumatra Province. The event was opened directly by the Head of BPS Provinsi Sumatera Barat, Sugeng Arianto. In the implementation of this plenary, participants were divided into two commissions, namely the EPSS Plenary Commission and the External Commission.

The plenary activity aims to harmonize the results of the EPSS assessment at the provincial level, namely increasing the objectivity of the assessment, aligning the perception of the assessment and explaining each extreme change and exploring suggestions and input for continuous improvement.
