2024 West Sumatra Public Agency Information Openness Award Night

On Wednesday (18/12), Sugeng Arianto, Head of BPS-Statistics of West Sumatra Province, accompanied by the Head of the General Affairs Division, Mulia Andestar, and all the Heads of BPS cities/regency in West Sumatra, attended the 2024 Public Agency Information Openness Award Night. The event, organized by the Information Commission of West Sumatra Province, was held at the Bung Hatta Palace in Bukittinggi City and was attended by all Public Agencies, including Vertical Institutions, Regional Government Agencies, Nagari (villages), Judicial Institutions, and Regional Governments throughout West Sumatra.

On this occasion, the BPS-Statistics of West Sumatra Province received two (2) awards: the Informative Public Agency Award and the 3rd Place Award for Public Agency Information Openness in the Vertical Institution Category. Meanwhile, in the category of BPS Public Agencies at the city/regency level, the 1st place was awarded to BPS Bukittinggi City, followed by BPS West Pasaman Regency and BPS South Solok Regency.
