"Reading Sumatera Barat through Data lenses". This book is the second publication and is planned to be conducted periodically. In general this book is made to convey to users data about the condition or portrait of Sumatera Barat is reviewed from data collected by the central Statistic Agency. It is one of the ways to bring the data closer to public and is also part of the BPS mission of providing quality statistical data. Each publication will discuss a theme that is very beneficial for both the academic and the general audience. Large themes that are carried will be discussed through the application of statistical methods as analysis tools and with data description to photograph Sumatera Barat conditions. It is hoped that this series of publications can be a reference for the formulation of evidence-based policy in Sumatera Barat.
