Abstract

The publication of the Consumer Price Index for the Province of Sumatera Barat 2014 - 2021 is an improvement from the previous publications published by the Central Statistics Agency for the Province of Sumatera Barat on a regular basis. The data presented in this publication are the Consumer Price Index (CPI) and changes in the CPI (inflation/deflation) of Sumatera Barat Province. Inflation/deflation figures for the City of Padang and the City of Bukittinggi are also presented in this publication. The data is presented from 2014 to 2021. The data for 2014-2019 uses the 2012 base year, while the data for 2020-2021 uses the 2018 base year. This figure is calculated based on data obtained from the Consumer Price Survey in several traditional markets, modern markets, and outlets in Padang City and Bukittinggi City
